Love2shop × World of Sweets: Bright Reward Visuals for Employee Engagement
While at Love2shop, I led the creative development of a bold, visually rich pitch to World of Sweets, introducing a rewards programme tailored for its entire workforce.
Brief: Create attention-grabbing visuals for both digital and physical reward products that reflect the fun, vibrant aesthetic of World of Sweets and its diverse brand portfolio—aimed at internal stakeholder buy‑in and parent‑company approval.
I delivered the full creative suite: vibrant art direction, mouth-watering mockups, campaign storytelling, and pitch-ready visuals grounded in their brand world. The assets showcased physical and digital gift card mockups, digital codes, comms and immersive reward portal visuals, all designed to excite employees and align with sales and marketing objectives.
Outcome: The campaign visuals were extremely well-received by both the pitching and business teams, garnering praise from project leads. The bright, bold, “delicious” aesthetic successfully conveyed the concept and secured strong internal endorsement.
