Love2shop × AA: Multi-channel Reward Campaign for Retention & Acquisition
While working as a designer at Love2shop, I led the visual and conceptual development of a multi-channel campaign for AA, supporting their “May Burst” promotion and broader acquisition and retention goals.
I created the full visual direction—storyboards, headlines, copy, mockups, and pitch design—across email, social, landing pages, branded gift cards and user platforms. The campaign featured tailored Love2shop rewards via branded digital codes, redeemable through a curated retailer network.
Collaborating closely with sales, UX, and engagement platform teams, we designed a seamless, incentive-driven user journey. Three creative concepts were pitched, with Concept 1 selected for its strategic fit and adaptability.
The result was a high-impact, fast-turnaround campaign that impressed AA and helped position Love2shop as a key partner in their marketing strategy.
